For the hundred push-up enthusiast, the entire training program has been reduced down to its simplest components:
- Week & Day selection
- Difficulty (weight class)
- Timer
- Workout summary
Quickly select your week, day, and weight class, then start pushing the floor. Touch "Next" to give your arms a break and proceed to the next set when time is up. The goal is to accomplish 100 consecutive push-ups by the end of the six week training program.
Extra features:
- Voice notification 30 seconds before the next set
- Voice countdown 3 - 2 - 1 seconds before next set
- Play your iPod in the background, music will fade for the next set
- Screen doesn't dim/lock mid-set
- If the screen is locked, you'll receive a local notification when it's time for the next set
- You can change your weight class mid-set if you need a harder or easier workout
- Changes to your weight class will be saved between weeks/days
