FAQs about P4P workouts.

1.“How do I do the workout?”

- All you have to do is follow the rhythm of the music, count the reps and, when you don't remember how to do an exercise, just follow the display of your device.

2.“What will I find in the application?”

- You will find the original video of the workout in question plus any other versions (without music, with Hip Hop music, etc.).
Whenever a new version is released, you will be notified and can update your workout application.

In addition, you will find a page with a list of the single exercises that make up the workout. Each exercise is illustrated with a video.

3.“For how long must I do the workout?”

- In the application you will find the recommended instructions for that workout: what are the preferred days for doing the workout, for how many days and for how many weeks.

4.“How do P4P's levels work?”

- After you've followed the recommended schedule, you should be able to go to the next level of the same workout. If you're not able to, you can repeat the recommended schedule a second time and then try to go to the next level.

5.“Why is the icon a ‘building block’?”

- Our workouts are designed to be modular. So you can “build” your perfect training routine by putting together our modules represented by building blocks. For example, you can do “8 minutes of abdominals – level 1” followed by “8 minutes of pectorals – level 2”, exercising two muscle areas in just 16 minutes.

6.“Why does the color of the building block change?”

- The color of the building block changes with the level of difficulty. There are currently 3 colors for each workout.
Level 1 = Gray
Level 2 = Yellow
Level 3 = Blue
