Angry Birds Free comes with 12 brand new levels

If you can’t get enough of Angry Birds we suggest downloading the brand new Angry Birds Free from the AppStore. For some reason, Rovio decided to bundle 12 brand new levels, which are not available in the paid version, in this release. Bear in mind this isn’t Angry Birds Lite, which is also available as a free download.

The 12 levels included show off the sort of backdrops, textures and birds you’ll be expecting in the full game. So why these levels are not included in the regular, paid version of the game is beyond me. I guess that will happen too, during the next app update.

Also different from Angry Birds Lite is that the “Free” version dumps Chillingo’s Crystal for Apple’s Game Center integration while linking to Angry Birds Seasons and plush toys.

And once you’re done with killing pigs on your portable devices, the board game will be released, once again taking over your free time. 😉
