The Mortgage Loan Payment Calculators app is a straight-forward, no-nonsense app for calculating mortgage loans. The app uses the purchase price, down payment in currency amounts or as a percentage, interest rate covering a set number of years (or 0% if desired), annual insurance cost, annual taxes cost, and lender fees/charges. The output is the monthly payment amounts, the total interest, and the total payment to include any lender fees included initially. Results can be emailed using a preformatted email template in all calculators and converters.
