Things, popular task management application for the iPhone, has been recently updated. In addition to fixing some of the known bugs, version 1.4 packs two notable changes – global search capability and landscape support. But that’s just the beginning… (an excerpt from the Things Blog):
There are also many bug fixes and improvements in this release, a list of which can be found here. Among them is a significantly faster sync process that compresses the tasks before sending them between the devices. An update for Things Mac that enables this feature is currently getting the finishing touches and will be available shortly. In preparation for the iPad launch, the new Mac version will also gain the ability to sync multiple mobile devices at the same time.
Hear that? Support for device-to-device syncing and multiple device syncing is coming? Plus an iPad version is in works as we speak? That’s great news for every Apple fanboy out there, or at least me thinks so…
