HTC Imagio aka Touch Diamond2 is better than its predecessor in the sense that it comes with a larger 3.6-inch WVGA touchscreen, better 5-megapixel camera, and HSPA (not just HSDPA) connectivity support. Rest of the specs are pretty much the same and include WiFi connectivity, GPS, Windows Mobile with TouchFLO UI running on top of it.
